The X-frame Idea
A lot of manufacturers of machines and applications use aluminium section technology for manufacturing their machines.
All these section systems are based on the principle of greatest flexibility. At the same time this principle represents the major disadvantage of such systems. The reason for this is that one can imagine an aluminium or steel section as a skeleton. It carries all the components which are affixed to it but usually has no other function. All sub-assemblies such as conduits, pneumatics etc. must be fitted using assembly plates or sub-frames.
Here X-frame takes a completely different route. It combines the flexibility of aluminium sections with that of standardized modules. X-frame is a box module system manufactured from sturdy steel plate and provides the optimum implementation of your application with a professional appearance even for one-offs.
X-frame is not an inflexible concept but a variable design which is continuously extendable.
The advantage is obvious; greatest flexibility in the shortest possible time at the best price.
Wouldn't it be advantageous:
- if installation of equipment could commence without a fabrication?
- if a plant could be installed using a configurator?
- if there were no more conduits for wiring and pneumatics?
- if the size of a plant was no longer a factor?
- if the type of plant no longer mattered?
We are convinced that with X-frame we can provide you with these advantages.
